Registration Fee - Early Bird (August 16 - October 15, 2025):

• Students/Postdocs: ₹ 20,000 (includes 18% GST)

• Startup/Faculty Members: ₹ 25,000 (includes 18% GST)

• Industry/International Participants: ₹ 40,000 (includes 18% GST)

• Students/Postdocs: ₹ 22,000 (includes 18% GST)

• Startup/Faculty Members: ₹ 28,000 (includes 18% GST)

• Industry/International Participants: ₹ 45,000 (includes 18% GST)

Course fee includes:

• Access to lectures, hands-on sessions, tutorials and materials

• 25+ Code repositories (regression, classification & generation tasks)

• Breakfast and Lunch (Mon to Sat), dinner (Sun to Sat), refreshments on all days, and banquet dinner

• Accommodation in Student Hostel from December 14 to 21, 2025 (only for students)

IHub-Data Fellowship for Participants from ST Communities:

• To and fro flight ticket from home institution to Hyderabad; Registration fees; Accommodation

• Eligible participants: You should be from one of the ST communities. 

• Send an email to us with your CV and a scanned copy of your community certificate issued by the Government before November 10, 2025. 

• Up to 5 participants will be selected for the fellowship and will be contacted by us.
